Material air shower installed for auto e-car’s factory clean room

Today, our Mexican customers are installing the air shower and cargo shower produced by our company. This is used in the clean room of Tesla’s electric vehicle production plant in Mexico. The length of the air shower is 7 meters, and the cargo shower is 3 Meter long, both are made of high-quality non-marking 304 stainless steel, the velocity speed can reach 20 meters per second, the dust removal effect can reach class 100, the control system uses English voice prompts, the shower time is adjustable from 0 to 99 seconds, and the voltage is 220V/ 60HZ/1phase.

Among them, the double doors of the cargo shower room adopt automatic induction fast rolling doors, so that the goods can freely enter and exit the shower. When the goods are close to the door room, the roller shutter doors will automatically rise, which is convenient for products to enter the shower area for dust removal.
